Kitchen
The kitchen features a stainless appliances from Thermador, Fratzz Italia, Edgestar and Bosch, including an extra large refrigerator with ice maker, a gas range, two ovens (gas and electric), and a large center island with seating for four. There is also a high-top bistro-style table with seating for four and a convenient wine bar with a specialized fridge. There is a second full-size refrigerator in the garage for a large group or special occasions.
Dining Area
The dining room offers seating for eight and plenty of views from here too. Open the large sliding door and extend this dining area to the outdoor patio where you’ll enjoy outdoor dining furnishings and stunning views.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom — King size bed, 55″ Smart TV and DVD player, desk space, and two enormous walk in closets (one with two separate entrances). The master bathroom offers two sinks, a large soaking tub with views, and a separate extra large spa-like shower with four shower-heads.
Bedroom 2 and 3 — Each bedroom offers two queen beds, a 55″ Smart TV and access to a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4 — Queen bed, two twin beds, 55″ Smart TV, a gas fireplace and, of course, fabulous views.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy a large paver patio with outdoor seating, Fire Pit, and a BBQ; the wraparound deck swanks breathtaking scenery. On top of this amazing property, there is also a private pool and hot tub – perfect for the entire group.
Pool: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated October 1-March 31. Please note that due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. The pool depth is 3-6 feet.
